Orthodontic Assistants
At Orthodontic Group Associates, you will work with a top-notch experienced team! Our clinical team members have a combined 95 years of experience! Our team works hard to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for our patients. We want everyone to enjoy his or her time with us.
Linda Wassell
Linda, our lead assistant has been with Orthodontic Group Associates for 33 years. Her dedication and loyalty reflects her commitment from our office to our patients. She and her husband Dave just celebrated their 25th Wedding Anniversary. They have two children and seven grandchildren, who she enjoys visiting often.
Trina Viaene
Trina has 19 years at Orthodontic Group Associates. She will give you the red carpet treatment! She will greet you with a smile. She has compassion and care for all her patients. She and her husband Nick have two adorable kitties, Olivia and Sophia. They enjoy their annual October vacation hiking in Colorado.
Barb Zigler
Barb came to us with experience from Pennsylvania. She has been with Orthodontic Group Associates for 16 years. Barb is a real asset to our team. She plays many roles in our office. She is an orthodontic assistant, treatment coordinator and helps out in the front office whenever needed. She and her husband Terry have three children and just welcomed their first grandchild. They are ecstatic to be grandparents and are eager to visit whenever they can.
Tracy Winckler
Tracy joined Orthodontic Group Associates 12 years ago. She has a welcoming smile and is excited to help with yours! She is a value to our practice and travels to all three locations, wherever she is needed. Tracy and her husband Ryan have two children. If they aren’t going to basketball games, they enjoy spending time together as a family.
Jessie Raes
Jessie has been with Orthodontic Group Associates for eight years. She enjoys having fun with our patients, and likes to get to know you on a personal level to make you feel comfortable with us. You will see Jessie at either our Moline or Geneseo office. Jessie and her husband, Wes, have two children who keep them very busy. They enjoy time as a family doing motor cross, traveling and spending time outdoors.
Dawn Henderson
Dawn also came to Orthodontic Group Associates with experience. She has a total of nine years of experience, seven years with OGA. Dawn has an infectious laugh and bright, cheerful smile. She treats her patients with kindness and has a genuine care for them. She and her husband Dan enjoy traveling, preferably to warm, sunny beach destinations. They have three ‘canine kids’ Bailey, Hoffa and Gotti.
Lab Technicians
Our in–house lab technicians each have over 30 years experience. One of the advantages of choosing Orthodontic Group Associates is having a lab on site to make and repair orthodontic appliances. They like to get creative making colorful biteplates and retainers.
Kim Konitzer
Kim, our lead lab technician, enjoys the outdoors and traveling. She and her fiancé, Dave, have one child each and one grandchild. They just recently adopted their first canine "kid." Parker is a black lab puppy with a lot of energy!
Deb Mason
Deb is also a lab technician, and she and her husband Rod have five children and one grandchild. They also enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Front Desk
Our front desk team also has many years of experience. They are eager to welcome each one of our patients that enter through our front door with a smile.
Karlene Decker
Karlene is our office manager. She has been with Orthodontic Group for 26 years. She knows the ins and outs of billing insurance. She and her husband Rod have two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and college visits with her daughter at University of Wisconsin - Platteville.
Marilyn Seibert
Marilyn is our Appointment Coordinator. She has been known to wear many "hats" in the office, sometimes all at once! She has been with Orthodontic Group for 33 years. She manages the schedule so it runs smoothly. She also helps bill insurance and set accounts. Marilyn and her husband Bob have two children, and three kitty "kids." They enjoy hiking, biking and taking cruises.
Kristen Dutz
Kristen is our newest staff member, and one of our newest patients. She came to us from the Peoria, IL area with 5 years experience working as a dental assistant and at the front desk. As a treatment coordinator, Kristen enjoys answering any questions new patients may have and making them comfortable with their future treatment. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends, family, and her parents' four dogs.
