Our Geneseo Office Is Reopening!

That’s right. Starting September 17, we will be seeing patients again in our Geneseo office.  Our check-in procedure will be a little different. Here’s how it works:

-We are doing Curbside Check-In for all appointments. When you arrive, text your name and the word “arrived” to 563-293-6025. We’ll have a big banner outside near the front door with the phone number in case you forget. Once we have a chair ready for you, we’ll call you to complete the health questionnaire and let you know it’s time to come inside. As always, you can view the questionnaire ahead of time on our website in the “Patient Forms” section. If you haven’t received a call from us within 10 minutes of sending your text, go ahead and give us a call at 309-944-3360.

-We ask that only the patient come in to the office.  Family members are welcome to wait in the car. We will be sending out a written progress report with each patient to keep you in the loop!

-Everyone must wear a mask upon entering the office.

-We will take everyone’s temperature when they enter the office. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 will be rescheduled (the doctors and team are screened every day too!)

-Please brush and floss before coming to your appointment, as our toothbrushing stations are currently closed.

-We will schedule the next visit with the patient upon checking out. If the given appointment time does not work, please call the office to reschedule.

 

 

We're Open! 

As of May 18 in Clinton and May 26 in Moline, we will begin seeing patients again.  We've made a few changes to adapt to social distancing requirements. Here's a heads up on some of our new procedures:

-We are doing Curbside Check-In for all appointments. Call the office (563-242-2999 for Clinton and 309-762-8838 for Moline) when you arrive and we will instruct you on how and when to enter the office.

-When you arrive for your visit we will be asking each patient a few health screening questions before he or she enters our office. We strongly encourage you to visit our website www.orthodonticgroup.com where the screening form is posted so you know if you should reschedule your appointment.
